Common questions

• How do I become a host? Verify your vehicle's registration certificate (RC) in the app. Once verified, "Publish a ride" appears alongside "Request a ride."
• How is the fare set? Fare is calculated automatically from distance and vehicle type. zwink adds a small platform fee on top, charged to both host and guest wallets.
• Who do I pay? The ride fare is paid directly to your host — zwink doesn't handle that payment.
• My ride isn't showing up. Matching checks that your route genuinely overlaps a published ride. Try adjusting your pickup or destination slightly, or check back closer to departure time.
